Operations & Administrative Coordinator
Openwork, formerly Meador Staffing , is hiring an Operations & Administrative Coordinator for a leading industrial services company in Northwest Houston near Jersey Village .
Schedule: MondayFriday, 8:00 AM4:30 PM
Pay: $25$28/hour
Interviews: Client prefers in-person interviews but will consider virtual interviews.
- Coordinate travel arrangements
- Create purchase requisitions and receive purchase orders in the ERP system
- Assist with customer billing and employee time entry
- Monitor Accounts Payable email and mail, obtain invoice approvals, and code invoices for processing
- Prepare AP packets by compiling invoices, purchase orders, approvals, and supporting documentation
- Create work orders and sales orders in the ERP system
- Process incoming mail and provide general administrative support
- 5+ years of administrative, operations, or accounting support experience in an industrial, manufacturing, or engineering environment
- Experience with Accounts Payable, purchase orders, billing, and ERP systems
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Detail-oriented, customer-focused, and proactive with a willingness to ask questions
