Job Overview:

Administrative tasks in a wide range of different fields and working environments including but not limited to:

• Answering phones and emails in a professional and courteous manner
• Book travel itineraries
• Document/ contract preparation
• Manage bill payments
• Greeting and anticipating the needs of clients
• Scheduling appointments
• Organizing and maintaining a filing system
• Data entry and data tracking
• Various administrative projects assigned by supervisor

• Worked with MS Excel and have a good understanding of data structure (knowing some formulas is preferred).
• Some Mail Merge experience preferred but not required.
• Analytical mind – able to spot inconsistencies with data and be able to come up with solutions.
• High attention to detail.
• Eager to learn

• Current student or completed Bachelor’s Degree
• Previous office experience or desire to gain experience in a professional office environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• Must be able to interact positively and cooperatively with individuals at all levels of the organization
• Able to work in a team atmosphere or independently
