Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via secure video conferencing tools, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for clients to discuss their feelings and challenges.

• Develop detailed, personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, taking into account their mental health history, current issues, and goals.

• Monitor client progress by regularly reviewing and updating treatment plans based on therapy session outcomes and client feedback.

• Maintain meticulous client records, documenting session notes and treatment plans in accordance with state regulations and organizational policies.

• Work collaboratively with other mental health professionals to provide holistic care for clients, making referrals to additional services such as psychiatry or group therapy when necessary.

• Uphold ethical standards and adhere to legal guidelines related to the provision of mental health services, ensuring confidentiality and professional conduct at all times.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your clients will span a broad demographic spectrum, including children, adolescents, adults, and families struggling with various mental health challenges such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Active state licensure as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A strong understanding of therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Demonstrated experience in providing individual therapy, with the ability to establish rapport and trust with clients quickly.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 – 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
