This position offers the flexibility of remote work, allowing you to provide services from a location that suits you while maintaining a healthy work-life balance. The hours of operation are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, facilitating a structured environment for both colleagues and clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health, including evaluation of emotional, behavioral, and social functioning to determine appropriate interventions.

• Provide individual and group therapy for diverse mental health conditions, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, and more.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that are evidence-based and culturally sensitive, continually adapting these plans based on ongoing assessments and feedback.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and primary care physicians, to ensure a holistic approach to patient care.

• Monitor and document patient progress meticulously using electronic health records (EHR), facilitating accurate updates to treatment strategies while ensuring patient confidentiality.

• Educate patients and families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources, empowering them to make informed decisions about their care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

Compensation and Benefits\n
