Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide psychotherapy and mental health services to patients dealing with conditions such as anxiety, depression, grief, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD) within the hospice context.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' mental health status, utilizing clinical interviewing techniques and assessment tools to evaluate emotional, behavioral, and social functioning.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that are evidence-based, culturally sensitive, and designed according to the unique needs of each patient and their family.

• Collaborate closely with an interdisciplinary team, which may include psychiatrists, physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure a coordinated approach to holistic patient care.

• Continuously monitor patient progress, utilizing feedback from both the patient and healthcare team to make any necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
