Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide a diverse range of outpatient mental health services, including direct counseling, therapy, and support interventions tailored to individual client needs.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions to promote comprehensive healing.

• Develop and implement personalized service plans, conducting regular reviews to ensure effective treatment progress is being made.

• Deliver mental health assessments, counseling sessions, referrals, and intervention services in alignment with best practices.

• Maintain accurate, timely documentation according to Federal, State, and Center guidelines to ensure continuity of care.

• Prepare reports for court, educational institutions, or community agencies as required by specific cases.

• Coordinate with psychiatrists and attending physicians, especially in cases requiring hospital admissions or emergency interventions.

• Engage in collaboration with external psychiatric care providers and civic assistance programs to facilitate seamless scheduling of treatment sessions.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

The competitive salary for this position ranges from $90,000 to $104,000 annually, based on experience and hours worked, making it a lucrative opportunity in the mental health sector.
