Registration Specialist

To provide exceptional customer service in a remote setting, the full-time Registration & Financial Resolution Specialist will communicate with patients and insurance companies, manage patient registrations, verify insurance eligibility, and resolve patient accounts efficiently. Key responsibilities Serve as the initial point of contact, gathering patient demographics and insurance information while maintaining confidentiality Verify insurance eligibility, educate callers on billing options, and resolve insurance and billing errors Document all interactions accurately and manage scheduling and coordination of patient services Required qualifications High school diploma or GED; associate degree or 2+ years in patient scheduling or healthcare billing preferred Over one year of experience in customer service or client relations Experience in an office or hospital environment, with high volume call center experience preferred Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Familiarity with HCA/Parallon IT systems is preferred
