Remote Real Estate Community Outreach Specialist (Performance-Based)
The Split Report
We are hiring motivated remote outreach specialists to help grow a new real estate industry platform, The Split Report a platform where real estate agents anonymously share brokerage splits, fees, team experiences, and recruiting insights.
Your job will be to connect with real estate agents through:
* Facebook groups
* Calling/Texting
* Instagram
* LinkedIn
* Email outreach
* Online real estate communities
…and encourage agents to submit honest, verified reviews and brokerage information on our platform.
This is a performance-based opportunity with uncapped earning potential.
If you're succesful you will have an opportunity to get promoted to manager.
## Responsibilities
* Reach out to licensed real estate agents online
* Introduce agents to The Split Report
* Encourage agents to leave verified anonymous reviews
* Follow provided outreach scripts and guidelines
* Maintain professional communication
* Help grow community engagement
* Identify active Realtor communities and groups
## Compensation
Performance-based commission structure:
* Paid per approved verified review
* Higher bonuses for detailed submissions
* Additional bonuses for referrals and brokerage documents
Typical earnings depend on performance and outreach volume.
## Requirements
* Strong English communication skills
* Comfortable using Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email
* Experience with outreach, lead generation, appointment setting, or community management is a plus
* Organized and self-motivated
* Reliable internet connection
* Ability to work independently
