IP Life Science Transactions Associate - Boston Our client is a major Am law 100 firm, seeking junior to mid-level Life Science Transactions Associates for its growing life sciences practice in Boston, New York, San Francisco, and Washington, DC offices. The salary range for this position is between $225k to $310k. Qualifications 1-4 years of experience in IP and life sciences transactions, including drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements and structuring deals to develop, protect and commercialize clients' cutting‑edge pharmaceuticals, biologics, medical devices, diagnostics and digital health products. Excellent writing and analytical skills. Strong interpersonal skills; team focused. State bar admission in jurisdiction of practice or ability to become admitted.
