Shift: 2 clinic days & 3 procedural days/week, 10 night/weekend call shifts (non-daytime coverage)

Hours/week: 40-50

License/Certifications: Medical License in Ohio required

Pay & Benefits

Pay Rate: Starting at $500,000+ annually based on experience

Bonuses: Up to $75,000/year based on performance

Sign-On Bonus: $50,000

Relocation Stipend: Up to $15,000

What You'll Do

Lead and establish a vascular surgery program in partnership with The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center

Perform open and endovascular procedures for conditions such as aneurysms, carotid artery disease, dialysis access, and limb salvage

Manage vascular conditions with medical therapy and non-surgical interventions

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including cardiology and radiology

Supervise advanced practice providers and educate medical students and residents

Participate in program expansion, including recruiting additional staff and assisting in future facility upgrades

Provide patient-centered care and educate patients and families on treatment options

What You Need

Required:

Medical license in Ohio

Board certification or eligibility in Vascular Surgery

Experience in vascular surgical procedures

Preferred:

Strong leadership & communication skills

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary team

Interest in program development and leadership roles
