Key Responsibilities

In your role as a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting evaluations to assess patients' physical capabilities and limitations in a home care environment.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• A valid state license to practice as a Physical Therapist.

• Current CPR certification.

Preferred Experience

While a Doctorate in Physical Therapy (DPT) is preferred, candidates with a Bachelor's Degree and two years of practical experience are also encouraged to apply.
