Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough assessments and screenings to evaluate clients' substance abuse history and co-occurring mental health issues, utilizing clinical judgment to provide well-informed diagnoses.
• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that not only address addiction but also target underlying mental health problems, thereby creating a dual approach to care.
• Facilitate engaging individual and group therapy sessions, employing evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing to encourage client participation and progress.
• Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary treatment team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure that clients receive comprehensive support that encompasses all aspects of their well-being.
• Educate and empower clients' families, offering guidance on involvement in the recovery process to enhance support systems.
• Maintain meticulous and confidential records in line with industry regulations to ensure compliance and effective service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Qualifications

• Possession of a valid and active license as a Licensed Clinical Marriage and Family Therapist (LCMFT), Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), Licensed Clinical Psychologist (LCP), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Specialist Clinical Social Worker (LSCSW), or a doctoral degree (PsyD).
• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices for substance abuse treatment and co-occurring disorders will be beneficial.

Preferred Experience

Compensation and Benefits

This role offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
