Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited educational institution.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Washington.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and familiarity with a wide range of therapeutic approaches and evidence-based treatment methods.

• Proficient in performing comprehensive mental health assessments and developing successful treatment strategies appropriate for each patient's goals.

• Experience providing individual and group therapy in a variety of settings; telehealth experience is preferred.
