• Conduct thorough initial assessments and evaluations to accurately gauge clients' mental health needs and challenges.

• Design and implement individualized treatment plans, tailoring approaches to align with clients' goals, which may include cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and solution-focused techniques.

• Provide one-on-one therapy sessions to adult clients using teletherapy platforms, ensuring accessibility and flexibility in service delivery.

• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate and effective support to clients facing acute mental health challenges.

• Participate in ongoing training and development initiatives to remain informed about the latest advancements in mental health care and evidence-based practices.

• Current and valid licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).
