We’re looking for an enthusiastic, highly-motivated customer service representative to provide an excellent experience to our customers. Job seekers should have a background in service, and exceptional communication, listening, and problem-solving skills. $45,000 - $55,000 yearly

Responsibilities:

• Identify common customer issues and bring them to the attention of the team
• Maintain customer accounts and update with new account information as needed
• Follow scripts when managing challenging customer issues and escalate to the appropriate party when needed
• Resolve customer complaints in a friendly and timely manner to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Regularly meet with sales lead to receive the newest service and product knowledge

Qualifications:

• High school graduate, G.E.D. recipient, or equivalent
• Previous work in a customer-facing position
• Excellent active listening, interpersonal, and communication skills
