What You'll Do:

• Provide expert clinical care for newborns in a Level III NICU at Siena Campus and a Level II NICU at San Martin Campus
• Utilize advanced neonatal technologies such as body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO)
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including pediatric subspecialists, surgeons, and OB hospitalists
• Lead or participate in quality improvement initiatives and teaching activities
• Support families through complex neonatal conditions
• Engage in flexible scheduling designed to promote work/life balance
• Contribute to a thriving community offering excellent recreational and lifestyle opportunities

What You Need:

• Valid Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine certification and license to practice in Nevada
• Board Certified or Eligible in Neonatology
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
