What You'll Do:

• Collaborate with orthopedic surgeons to diagnose and treat musculoskeletal conditions
• Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and develop treatment plans
• Assist during surgical procedures in the orthopedic setting
• Order and interpret diagnostic imaging and lab results
• Provide pre- and post-operative patient care and education
• Perform orthopedic procedures, including joint injections
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation in medical records
• Participate in rotational call coverage as assigned
• Support quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

What You Need:

• Current PA-C license in Vermont or eligible for licensure
• At least 1 year of orthopedic or relevant clinical experience
• Strong communication and patient education skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a healthcare team
• No visa candidates accepted; not open to candidates working multiple roles concurrently
