Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and clinical training to create independent psychosocial assessments and diagnoses for patients facing terminal or chronic illnesses, tailoring interventions to address their specific needs.

• Collaborate with patients to co-create individualized treatment plans that reflect their unique circumstances, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques that may include solution-focused treatment, behavioral activation, and motivational interviewing to ensure effective behavior change and coping mechanisms.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution is required.
