Job Description

• Craft Tailored Treatment Plans: Assess patients' specific needs and create individualized therapy strategies that guide them toward their goals of function and autonomy.
• Implement Therapeutic Techniques: Apply best practices rooted in research to improve patients' motor abilities, cognitive functions, and everyday living skills.
• Collaborate with Multifaceted Teams: Work in concert with Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, Speech Therapists, medical doctors, and nursing staff to provide complete, integrated care.
• Guide Patients and Their Families: Empower patients and caregivers through education on therapeutic methods that support progress beyond the clinical setting.
• Evaluate and Record Progress: Monitor patient outcomes and modify treatment plans as required, ensuring that every individual remains on the path toward success.

Education

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Ongoing education and advanced certifications are encouraged and fully supported

Certifications

• Current Occupational Therapist (OTR/L) license
• NBCOT (National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy) certification required
