This position is fully remote, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in your work schedule. You will join a dynamic team that values collaboration and open communication. Our clinic operates primarily during normal business hours, Monday through Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM, with occasional requirements for evening or weekend appointments to best serve our clients. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and develop tailored treatment plans for clients, addressing their mental health needs and preferences, including crisis plans and behavioral guidelines.

• Document all client interactions and treatment outcomes in a timely manner, adhering to regulatory standards and best practices.

• Utilize evidence-based screening tools and methodologies to assess and monitor client progress, refining treatment approaches as necessary.

• Actively engage in the clinic's licensing and accreditation processes, contributing to maintaining high standards of practice.

• Serve as a liaison between clients, state agencies, and community partners, facilitating access to necessary resources and services.

• Establish and maintain open communication with all stakeholders to meet contractual obligations and support the clinic's mission.

• Promote the clinic’s values, mission, and principles while performing other related responsibilities as assigned by the Clinic Director.

Qualifications\n
