Work Environment\n

As a fully remote position with Life Works Counseling, you will have the flexibility to conduct counseling sessions from a location of your choice. Your work hours will typically fall between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide both individual and group counseling sessions, focusing on emotional challenges related to aging, such as loneliness, grief, and life transitions.

• Educate family members and staff on effective strategies to support the emotional and mental health of elderly residents.

• Offer targeted grief and loss counseling for residents and their families, particularly those facing end-of-life issues.

This role primarily focuses on seniors facing a variety of mental health challenges, including those arising from chronic illness, social isolation, loss of loved ones, and major life transitions. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC).

Compensation and Benefits\n
