This full-time role offers the flexibility of remote work while focusing on delivering exceptional mental health services to clients in need. Work Environment\n

This role will operate in a supportive and collaborative virtual setting. While primarily remote, our therapists participate in regular team meetings and are encouraged to engage in professional development activities. Standard office hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts to accommodate our patient’s varying schedules. A sign-on bonus is now available to qualified candidates.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological well-being and tailor treatment strategies accordingly.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address the unique needs and diagnoses of each patient, ensuring effective therapeutic outcomes.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Facilitate individual and group therapy sessions to address emotional concerns, encourage personal growth, and enhance patients’ coping mechanisms.

• Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic and integrated care for our clients.

• Assist in crisis intervention, providing immediate support during mental health emergencies.
\n
• Educate patients and their families on mental health challenges, treatment options, and available community resources to promote awareness and support.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation, adhering to all legal and ethical standards.

• Engage in case conferences and team meetings to enhance collaboration and continuity of care.

• Keep abreast of current research and best practices in the mental health field to continually improve therapy services.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus on a diverse patient population dealing with various mental health conditions. You will engage with individuals experiencing anxiety disorders, mood disorders such as depression and bipolar disorder, personality disorders, and trauma-related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of a current and valid license as an LMFT, LMHC, or LCSW in Florida.

• Demonstrated capability to perform comprehensive mental health assessments and create effective treatment plans.

• Strong understanding of various mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment modalities.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, essential for building therapeutic relationships with clients.

• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems and other relevant technological platforms.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team while maintaining professionalism and ethical standards.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a clinical setting, providing individual and group therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The annual salary for this role ranges from $75,000 to $100,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
