Trauma-Informed Shelter Supervisor: Family Housing & Support

Hildebrand

Hildebrand is seeking a Site Supervisor at our Cambridge, MA shelter operations. You will lead day-to-day site management, ensure safety and service delivery, and supervise Housing Case Managers and Residential Assistants. You will coordinate across services for families, emphasizing housing stability and mobility. The role requires 3–5 years in human services with supervisory experience, a BA/BS (Masters preferred), and a compassionate, confidential approach to family support. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hildebrand
