This role is ideal for a motivated professional who thrives on prospecting, cold calling, and closing new business. You’ll represent a modern recruitment brand while building a portfolio of clients and earning uncapped commissions.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate new business through outbound calls, emails, and networking
• Build and manage a portfolio of clients across diverse industries
• Present FenixHire’s recruitment solutions with confidence and clarity
• Negotiate contracts and close deals to expand our client base
• Partner with recruiters to deliver successful placements
• Track pipeline activity and revenue performance
• Represent FenixHire with professionalism, urgency, and results-driven energy

Candidate Profile

• Proven success in sales, business development, recruiting, or staffing
• Comfortable with cold calling, prospecting, and closing deals
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and highly organized
• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive remotely

Compensation & Benefits

• 100% Commission-Only – no base salary or hourly wage
• Top performers earn $85,000 – $180,000+ annually
• Unlimited earning potential with no cap on commissions
