Squint
Squint is hiring for AI Ops, a new role on our Strategy team focused on operationalizing AI inside Squint itself. You’ll build and ship internal AI agents and workflows, and partner across the company to replace busywork with real leverage. You’ll design evaluation frameworks to measure effectiveness, own quality, and drive adoption by ensuring teams trust and use the AI tools.
