Key Responsibilities\n

• Establish and maintain a strong therapeutic alliance with clients to create a safe and supportive environment for open communication.

• Document all therapy sessions, progress notes, and treatment adjustments in compliance with clinic policies and ethical guidelines.

• Advise clients on coping strategies and techniques to manage their mental health conditions effectively and promote healthier lifestyles.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Beyond Psychology Counseling Center, you will work with a diverse array of clients facing various challenges, including relationship dynamics, anxiety, depression, trauma, and substance use disorders. Your expertise in marriage and family therapy will be instrumental in helping families and couples resolve conflicts, improve communication, and build stronger connections, contributing to overall community mental health.

Qualifications\n

• A valid LMFT license is required.

• A master’s or doctorate degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a closely related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
