Role Description The Business Development Manager is a full-time, hybrid role based in Houston, TX, with flexibility for some work from home. This role is responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with prospective and existing clients, and expanding GulfPoint's presence across commercial, residential, medical, and industrial markets. Day-to-day activities include prospecting and networking, preparing and delivering proposals and presentations, coordinating with operations and project teams to align service offerings with client needs, and tracking pipeline activity using CRM tools. The Business Development Manager will also analyze market trends, support marketing initiatives, attend industry events, and provide regular reporting on sales performance and growth targets. Qualifications Strong skills in business development, sales, and account management, with a focus on building and sustaining client relationships. Experience in lead generation, prospecting, and pipeline management, including effective use of CRM or similar tools. Knowledge of construction, renovation, or restoration services, preferably across commercial, residential, medical, or industrial sectors. Ability to develop tailored proposals and presentations, negotiate contracts, and close deals that align with company objectives. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills for working with clients, internal teams, and external partners. Strong organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities, with a results-oriented and detail-focused approach. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
