Location: Houston , TX- hybrid flexibility Job Description: The Service Project Business Development Manager is a true hunter responsible for sourcing and closing new project‑based HVAC, electrical, and plumbing opportunities across the Austin/Central Texas market. Projects range from $50K to multi‑million‑dollar deals, averaging around $200K. We’re looking for a 5–10+ year industry professional who can independently build pipelines, lead technical conversations, and close complex capital projects. This role is ideal for someone motivated by territory ownership, large deal sizes, and uncapped earning potential within a collaborative, servant‑leadership culture. Responsibilities: Business Development & Pipeline Creation Identify, target, and develop net‑new customer relationships within the territory Build and execute business development plans aligned to Service Projects revenue goals Conduct market and industry research to prioritize high‑value opportunities Sales Process & Deal Execution Lead the full sales cycle from prospecting through close Develop and present estimates, proposals, and client presentations Manage opportunity progression through procurement and closing stages Client Engagement & Solution Development Serve as a trusted advisor on capital projects and system improvements Provide guidance on mechanical/electrical/HVAC/plumbing solutions Create conceptual budgets and project plans with limited information Base =$100k - $120k (Depending on experience) Variable Compensation = 1.75% of total revenue sold (~$80k - $90k) Quota: $5M annually Year One On-Target Earnings: ~$180k - $210k ESOP (employee stock ownership) with company profit‑based contributions Stock grant program eligibility Competitive health benefits with stable premiums #J-18808-Ljbffr
