Our remote outpatient office allows flexibility while ensuring that therapists remain connected with their teams. Scheduled hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with optional flexibility to accommodate patient needs. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments that are culturally sensitive to identify clients' unique challenges and strengths.

• Create personalized treatment plans leveraging evidence-based therapeutic modalities designed to meet diverse cultural needs.

• Facilitate individual, family, and group therapy sessions focusing on a range of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma.

• Collaborate seamlessly with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and other mental health professionals, to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Deliver crisis intervention strategies effectively to support clients during mental health emergencies.

• Provide educational resources to clients and their families regarding mental health conditions and available community supports.

Qualifications\n

• Possess a Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Hold a current and valid mental health license (LMFT, LPC, LCSW) in the state of Georgia.

• Demonstrate a deep understanding of various mental health disorders and culturally competent treatment approaches.

• Proven experience in conducting effective individual and group therapy that is sensitive to cultural differences.

• Exhibit strong crisis intervention capabilities and the ability to navigate high-stress situations with calm professionalism.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling you to cultivate trusting relationships with a diverse clientele.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems to ensure efficient documentation and patient management.

• Uphold a strong commitment to ethical guidelines, confidentiality, and professional boundaries in all interactions.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, alongside a comprehensive benefits package that includes healthcare benefits, a retirement savings plan with employer-matching contributions, generous PTO, professional liability insurance coverage, and opportunities for continuous education.
