This is an excellent opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys auditing records, researching regulatory requirements, tracking compliance initiatives, and collaborating with a team in a mission-driven healthcare environment.Position DetailsJob Title: HR Compliance CoordinatorPay Rate: $30.14 per hourEmployment Type: Full-TimeClassification: Non-ExemptLocation: Sacramento, CA — Administrative CenterDepartment: Human ResourcesKey ResponsibilitiesParticipate in and conduct internal HR audits and compliance reviews.Support audits and regulatory tracers related to The Joint Commission, FTCA, and HRSA.Monitor and follow up on action items associated with performance improvement plans.Ensure employee personnel files and records are maintained in accordance with applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements.Track mandatory training completion for new hires and existing employees.Maintain current knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.Provide backup support for processing voluntary employee terminations.Research, interpret, and communicate compliance requirements to support HR operations.Assist the HR department with additional duties and compliance initiatives as assigned.Required QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience.Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.Experience using an HRIS (Human Resources Information System).Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.Ability to review and interpret large amounts of data with a high level of accuracy.Strong research, analytical, organizational, and time-management skills.Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.Commitment to confidentiality, HIPAA requirements, and professional ethics.
