Pay: $30.14 per hour

Position Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented HR Compliance Coordinator to support Human Resources compliance, auditing, and regulatory requirements for a growing healthcare organization. This role is responsible for ensuring HR policies, procedures, employee records, and required training meet applicable employment laws and regulatory standards.

The ideal candidate has hands-on HR experience, strong organizational skills, and the ability to research, interpret, and communicate regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Participate in and conduct internal HR audits and compliance reviews related to The Joint Commission, FTCA, and HRSA requirements.
• Monitor and follow up on action items associated with performance improvement plans.
• Support internal HR audits and other compliance-related initiatives.
• Ensure employee personnel files and records are maintained in accordance with applicable employment laws and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor mandatory training requirements and ensure new hires and existing employees complete required training.
• Maintain current knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.
• Provide backup support for processing voluntary employee terminations.
• Review HR data and documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance.
• Maintain strict confidentiality of employee information and adhere to HIPAA requirements.
• Perform additional HR and compliance-related duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experience .
• Working knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
• Experience using an HRIS system is required.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to interpret data, review documentation, and identify potential compliance concerns.
• Strong research skills and the ability to understand and communicate regulatory requirements.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
• Commitment to confidentiality, professional ethics, and the protection of sensitive employee information.

Compensation and Benefits

Work Environment
