About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth and Performance Marketing to take on the role of enterprise owner for paid digital, paid social, and performance-driven growth outcomes. This leadership position is pivotal in driving the conversion of marketing investment into leads, revenue, and contribution margin across various brands and markets. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of core accountabilities, including enterprise growth and revenue ownership, paid social in-housing and channel strategy, performance marketing and investment discipline, conversion, landing pages, and personalization, measurement, attribution, and single source of truth, as well as agency and team leadership. The role demands a strategic thinker who can make data-driven decisions, and is adept at managing a significant marketing budget, and leading a team to achieve high-performance standards. Applicants for the Head of Growth and Performance Marketing role at the company should have a proven track record in managing a marketing budget of at least $60MM and experience in performance marketing across various digital channels. The ideal candidate will have the ability to set a vision for a changing marketing team, manage a team of around 7-10 people, and have a background in marketing to a customer base with needs-based journeys. Experience in a similar marketing model, particularly in the transition from a decentralized to a centralized marketing approach, is highly valued. The role requires a professional who can operate with an outcomes-based mindset, is adept at building and managing enterprise capabilities, and can ensure that marketing activities are aligned with the company's growth and revenue goals.
