Litigation Paralegal

LHH is assisting a respected law firm in Miami in its search for a Business Litigation Paralegal to join its growing team. This is a great opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys on complex litigation matters in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Support attorneys throughout all phases of business litigation matters
• Draft, review, and file legal documents, including pleadings and discovery
• Manage case files, including organizing and maintaining document databases
• Coordinate and prepare materials for depositions, hearings, and trial
• Assist with discovery, including document review and production
• Conduct legal research using platforms such as Westlaw and LexisNexis
• Maintain calendars and track deadlines for multiple cases

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3+ years of business litigation paralegal experience required
• Strong understanding of state and federal court procedures and e-filing
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal research tools
