Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations of clients to formulate personalized treatment plans that address their unique clinical needs.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapies.

• Monitor client progress through regular sessions, adjusting treatment plans as necessary based on feedback and clinical observations.

• Maintain meticulous clinical documentation and records in compliance with legal, ethical, and organizational standards, ensuring confidentiality and security of client information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
