Customer Service Representative Store 4705664: 20220 Lorain Rd, Fairview Park, Ohio 44126 Shift Availability Flexible (Days, Evenings, Overnights + Weekends) Job Summary We are seeking a friendly, energetic Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role involves greeting customers, operating the register, making product suggestions, and supporting the store’s food program. You will help maintain a clean and welcoming environment both inside and outside the store while providing quick and friendly service. Key Responsibilities Greet customers and provide excellent service. Run the cash register and handle transactions accurately. Suggest and upsell products to customers. Assist with the store’s food program as needed. Maintain store appearance and cleanliness around the location. Ensure predictable on‑site attendance. Collaborate with a fun, energetic team to accomplish daily goals. Desired Skills & Qualifications Retail and customer service experience. Cashiering or sales associate experience. High school diploma or equivalent. Motivation to advance in a career and willingness to learn. Strong communication and friendly conversation skills. Ability to work quickly while maintaining quality service. Team player capable of solving problems creatively. Physical Requirements Stand or walk for up to 8 hours. Lift or carry up to 30 pounds for up to 30 minutes per shift; occasionally up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level. Push/pull with arms up to a force of 20 pounds. Bend at the waist with some twisting for up to an hour per shift. Manipulate objects with hands, requiring eye‑hand coordination; may involve climbing a ladder.
