Key Responsibilities\n

• Utilize your education and experience to conduct thorough psychosocial assessments, enabling accurate diagnoses and effective treatment planning.

• Implement behavioral interventions employing a variety of evidence-based techniques, including but not limited to solution-focused therapy, behavioral activation, motivational interviewing, and problem-solving treatment.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including clinicians and psychologists within Walmart Health & Wellness, to foster a coordinated and comprehensive approach to patient care.

• Track and document patient progress through systematic monitoring, both in-person and virtually, ensuring alignment with established treatment goals.

• Facilitate support for psychotropic medication adherence, addressing any side effects and discussing treatment effectiveness with patients and their healthcare providers.

The primary client population includes students and their families, with a focus on addressing various mental health concerns. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A current, valid, and unrestricted license to practice independently as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in New Jersey.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
