Schedule: Part-Time (Approximately 25 Hours/Week) Pay Rate: $2124/hour Potential for Full-Time Growth

Nesco Resource is partnering with a growing company seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Clerk to support a fast-paced accounting team handling multiple business entities. This is an excellent opportunity for an AP professional who thrives in high-volume environments and is looking for long-term growth potential.

The company currently utilizes Business Central and will soon transition to NetSuite. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of processing a large volume of transactions accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process high-volume vendor invoices accurately and efficiently
• Perform invoice matching, GL coding, and check processing
• Maintain accurate AP records and documentation
• Respond to vendor and payment inquiries professionally
• Assist with payment tracking and account reconciliation
• Support multiple entities within the organization
• Work collaboratively with accounting and administrative staff

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of Accounts Payable experience required
• Must have experience working in high-volume, fast-paced environments
• Strong data entry and accuracy skills
• Proficiency in Excel required
• Experience with Business Central and/or NetSuite preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a growing environment

Additional Details

• Flexible scheduling available between 7:30 AM 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday
• Training must conclude by 4:00 PM daily
• Business casual office environment with approximately 30 employees
