We are looking for a **Remote Operations Coordinator** to become the organisational backbone of our operations. The successful candidate will ensure that our projects run smoothly and our teams collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, decentralised environment. This role is crucial for maintaining our high standards of efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities

* Coordinate daily operational activities and projects to ensure timely completion.

* Act as a central point of contact for internal communication, facilitating seamless collaboration between different departments.

* Manage schedules, arrange virtual meetings, and prepare necessary documentation or presentations.

* Assist in developing and implementing new operational processes to enhance efficiency.

* Maintain and organise company records, documents, and internal databases.

* Support the onboarding process for new remote employees.

* Prepare and distribute operational reports to management as required.

Qualifications

* Proven experience in an operations, project coordination, or senior administrative role.

* Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities with a keen eye for detail.

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

* Proficiency in using office productivity suites (e.g., Google Workspace, Microsoft Office) and project management software.

* A self-starter with the ability to work independently and take initiative in a fully remote setting.

* Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset.

* Prior experience working within the technology or fintech sector is desirable but not essential.
