Administrative Assistant

Pinnacle Partners has partnered with a non profit organization in their search to fill an Administrative Assistant position. This will be an integral role, providing a mix of calendar management, document preparation, internal and external communication and overall being a point person for coordinating internal and external details.
We are searching for a tenured administrative assistant with proven long term stability in their past roles. This is an organization with little turnover and they are targeting a candidate who is looking to make this position their long term career. This role works 100% onsite, near the downtown area with parking provided.
Responsibilities
- Calendaring
- Coordinating board meetings
- Writing/editing documents
- Managing files
- All program based administrative support
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Ability to multitask
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
Target compensation: 55 to 60k with a strong benefits package.
