Care Home Chef Manager / Head Chef | Trinity Fold, Halifax, West Yorkshire £32k per annum | 40hrs/week | 4 days on, 3 days off | Every other weekend off Anchor – England's largest not-for-profit care provider The Role We're looking for an experienced Chef Manager to take full ownership of our kitchen at Trinity Fold in Halifax, West Yorkshire. You'll lead the kitchen team in delivering fresh, seasonal, home–cooked meals for 50 residents daily — overseeing everything from menu design and food budgets to team management and compliance. This is a genuine leadership role with real autonomy, ideal for an experienced Chef Manager ready for a new challenge, or a Head Chef ready to step into a management position. You’ll have full creative control over seasonal menus, with the chance to enter our annual Chef of the Year competition.
