Remote Customer Care Representative

Providing exceptional service to clients, the full-time Remote Customer Care Representative will assist Dental and Vision inbound callers with eligibility, benefit coverage, claims, and provider location inquiries while working a flexible schedule that includes occasional evenings and weekends. Key responsibilities Assist callers with information regarding eligibility, benefit coverage, authorizations, and claims Utilize knowledge of claim adjustments to resolve provider requests and provide feedback on high-level claim issues Support enrollment activities and act as a liaison between the organization and clients' Member Services staff Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent 1+ years of customer service experience in healthcare, call center, banking, or retail Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and Outlook Strong data entry and typing skills Understanding of dental, vision, and/or medical insurance terminology is preferred
