Licensed Therapist (LPC/LMFT) – South-Central Virginia | North Carolina/Virginia Border

Opportunity Highlights

Full-time Monday–Friday schedule
Round-and-go model with onsite patient care and remote documentation
No nights or weekends
Provide psychotherapy in post-acute and long-term care settings
Treat depression, anxiety, trauma, adjustment disorders, grief, and life transitions
Collaborative interdisciplinary care team
Experience required

Compensation & Benefits

W-2 position with base salary plus productivity
Estimated earnings $73K–$93K+ annually
Full benefits including medical, dental, vision, PTO, and 401(k)
Paid malpractice coverage
Company-issued iPad and administrative support

Qualifications

Active Virginia LPC or LMFT license
Eligible for independent practice and billing
LCSW not considered
Geriatric or post-acute experience preferred
