Key Responsibilities\n

As an LMFT, your primary responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments for individuals, couples, and families to determine their therapy needs.

• Facilitating therapy sessions for couples while also providing individual therapy when necessary to address specific issues.

• Developing personalized treatment plans to guide the therapeutic process, focusing on improving family dynamics.

• Addressing a variety of complex issues such as alcohol and substance abuse, grief and loss, family conflicts, and adaption to separation or divorce.

• Utilizing telehealth platforms to conduct sessions, ensuring confidentiality and a comfortable environment for clients.

• Monitoring client progress and making adjustments to treatment plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.

• Collaborating with other mental health professionals and community resources to provide comprehensive care.
