Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide critical therapeutic services not only to couples but also to individual family members. Your core responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for families and individuals dealing with a broad range of issues.

• Facilitating therapy sessions both in a joint couple setting and individually, focusing on conflict resolution, communication improvements, and emotional support.

• Addressing and providing therapeutic interventions for issues such as alcohol abuse, grief and loss, blended family dynamics, and adjustment to separation or divorce.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic methods and fostering an environment that encourages open communication and trust.

• Documenting client progress and adjustments in treatment plans, while adhering to ethical guidelines and standards for mental health practices.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will involve a diverse array of clients, including adults and children/adolescents, each with their unique backgrounds and needs. You will specifically focus on:

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position must possess the following qualifications:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
\n
• Current, valid LMFT license in the state of Arizona.
\n
• Demonstrated expertise in family systems theory and therapeutic intervention.

Preferred Experience\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000 annually. Additionally, you will receive:
