Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will provide effective treatment for individuals, couples, and families. Your key responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to identify patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitating therapy sessions that include both couple and individual meetings to address specific issues such as communication difficulties and family conflicts.

• Utilizing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat various concerns, including grief, divorce adjustments, and blended family challenges.

• Collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure an integrated approach to patient care.

• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will encompass a diverse population, including adults, adolescents, and families experiencing a wide range of challenges such as alcohol abuse, psychological trauma, job-related stress, and issues stemming from separation or divorce. Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:

• A current, active LMFT state license.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n
