Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized therapy sessions for clients, conducting thorough assessments and evaluations to determine appropriate treatment plans.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused short therapy.

• Facilitate engaging therapeutic sessions for individuals, couples, families, and groups, ensuring that the unique needs of each client are met.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical requirements, ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of client information.

• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care, sharing insights and strategies to enhance client outcomes.

• Participate in ongoing professional development activities, including workshops and training sessions, to stay abreast of advancements in mental health research.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, along with performance-based bonuses.
