Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments of clients to evaluate their mental health needs, utilizing telehealth tools and techniques.

• Develop and implement personalized, evidence-based treatment plans that are aligned with each client's specific goals and circumstances.

• Facilitate individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, utilizing diverse therapeutic approaches appropriate for a remote environment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary treatment teams, which may include psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to provide holistic care.

• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems.

Qualifications\n

• A valid Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) license in the state of Virginia is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The starting salary for this position ranges from USD 50,000 to USD 80,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
