Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct initial assessments and comprehensive psychological evaluations, determining personalized treatment plans that are sensitive to each client's unique circumstances.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions across individual, couple, family, and group counseling sessions, utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused brief therapy.

• Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and social workers, to ensure comprehensive support for our clients, creating a holistic approach to mental health care.

• Maintain up-to-date clinical records that meet compliance standards, adhering to ethical guidelines and legal requirements in all documentation practices.

Qualifications\n

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related mental health field.

Pathways Counseling Services offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $100,000, commensurate with your caseload and professional experience.
