Technical Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
CRM systems and database management
Sales forecasting and pipeline management tools
Ability to interpret technical product specifications and applications

Functional Skills

Leadership and coaching
Forecasting and action plan development
Complex solutions-selling in OEM or industrial markets
Multi-level customer engagement (technical, purchasing, executive)
Contract negotiation and LTA development
Market analysis and competitive positioning
Cross-functional coordination with Engineering and Customer Service teams

Education & Experience

Required:

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Engineering, or related field
Minimum 5 years of related progressive sales or business development experience
Ability to operate effectively in high-pressure business environments
Demonstrated experience leading or supporting outside sales team

Preferred:

Experience in complex, solutions-based selling within OEM markets
Seal or related industrial product knowledge
Demonstrated technical aptitude

Working Conditions & Physical Requirements

This role is primarily office and field based environments. Physical requirements, to perform the essential job functions include:

Approximately 50 – 75% travel required (day trips and overnight stays)
Regularly required to sit, stand, talk, and hear
Ability to present to customer groups and leadership teams
