This role is fully remote, allowing you to balance your professional obligations with personal commitments. As a detox center, our focus is on providing individualized outpatient services that equip clients with the skills they need to overcome their challenges. Our facility operates Monday through Saturday, providing you with the freedom to create and adjust your schedule according to personal preferences and client needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting comprehensive psychosocial assessments for clients across different age groups, including individuals, adolescents, families, and groups, to identify their needs and formulate effective treatment plans.

• Implementing graduate-level clinical social work and counseling interventions based on each client’s specific requirements, ensuring tailored care.

• Communicating assessments and treatment strategies with interdisciplinary care teams through documentation and regular meetings, such as patient rounds.
\n
• Managing a caseload of assigned patients and providing case management that involves close collaboration with both hospital and community resources.
\n
• Timely and ethical completion of necessary documentation as per departmental protocols, maintaining compliance and high standards.
\n
• Utilizing Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) interventions and various evidence-based modalities to aid clients in achieving their personalized service goals.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, candidates must possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience working in a counseling or mental health capacity.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 60,000 to 104,000 annually, commensurate with your experience and credentials. In addition, our benefits package includes:
